Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Rishikesh. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include managing food service and beverage operations, training staff, budgeting, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The manager will also develop and implement food and beverage strategies to optimize guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
• Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in staff Training and development
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
