Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Interior Designer, you will:

Welcome and Guide Clients
Deliver a tailored, design-first experience from the moment clients enter the showroom. Understand their lifestyle, needs, and space requirements to provide thoughtful solutions.

Provide Expert Design Advice
Use your knowledge of design principles, floor planning, and material coordination to assist clients in selecting the right furniture pieces and fabric options.

Showcase Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with our evolving collection of high-end furnishings, finishes, and customization options. Share insights that help clients make informed decisions.

Drive Sales with a Design Focus
Confidently present complementary furniture pieces, accessories, and layouts to elevate clients’ homes. Use your design intuition to encourage full-room solutions.

Foster Client Relationships
Offer a premium level of service with thoughtful follow-ups and design continuity for returning customers and referrals.

Contribute to Showroom Excellence
Participate in visual merchandising and ensure that displays reflect current trends and our brand’s luxurious aesthetic.

Maintain a Clean & Inviting Space
Assist with basic showroom upkeep to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.

Utilize 3D Planning Tools
Create mockups and simulations using the latest 3D design technologies (e.g., Fama 3D Planner) to help clients visualize their furniture in their space.

Support Online & Digital Presence
Collaborate with the marketing team to keep product listings, collections, and client favorites updated on the website. Assist with responding to online design inquiries and leads.

Engage with Social Media Content Creation
Contribute to our digital presence by helping create showroom photos, product videos, and design tips for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Appear on camera as needed for short clips or stories.

Qualifications

Background in interior design or related field (education or experience)
Retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or home decor
Passion for luxury design and knowledge of current trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate client needs into actionable design concepts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to meet sales targets with a design-driven approach
