Architect

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design

We are looking for an experienced Architect who will organize all phases of architectural work including planning٫ designing and overseeing the construction٫ producing sustainable٫ functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your duties will include creating new building designs and performing extensions٫ alterations٫ restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.

You should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and be passionate about your job. An analytical mind and strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications are also required.

Responsibilities & Duties

Create detailed architectural plans and designs as per the clients requirement
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes and regulations
Supervise construction projects to ensure they are built according to the plans
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technology tools to create plans
Prepare budgets and cost estimates for projects
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural techniques
Research and select materials and finishes for buildings
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

Required Skills/Abilities:

Minimum 3-5 years of architectural experience or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Excellent technical drawing skills
Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD, Revit etc.,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent creative and visualization skills
Attention to detail
