THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Design Showroom Consultant based in Archerfield. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail team - reporting to the Store Manager.

This position is casual (approx 20-30 hrs/wk) and involves working on a roster to include Saturday's. No Sunday’s or evenings!


RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone
Designing and selling of Stratco products
Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU

Essential – Computer and data entry skills
Essential - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
Essential – Availability to work two Saturday's per month - +am to 2pm
Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
Desirable - Forklift licence & experience
Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
