Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining client records
- Monitoring inventory of supplies and submitting requests to restock them
- Attending training sessions to offer expert-level beauty services
- Working with hiring managers to attract customers through marketing programs
- Suggesting beauty products and personal care routines to clients
• Client Consultation:

- Welcome clients and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Offer recommendations and advice on suitable treatments based on individual client requirements.
- Beauty Treatments:

- Perform basic beauty treatments, including but not limited to:

- Hair styling
- Shampoo and conditioning
- Blow-drying
- Manicures and pedicures
- Scalp massages
• Maintain Cleanliness:

- Ensure the workstation and equipment are kept clean and sanitized before and after each client.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area to create a pleasant and professional atmosphere for clients.
• Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
- Recommend and sell salon products to clients, promoting their overall hair and beauty care.
• Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and requests professionally and courteously.
- Create a memorable and satisfying experience for clients to build a loyal customer base.
• Compliance and Safety:

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including those related to the use of chemicals and equipment.
- Follow salon policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to market and sell beauty products and services
- Creativity to adapt to a client’s hair, nail or skin preferences
- In-depth knowledge of beauty tools and equipment for performing procedures and treatments
- Time management skills
- In-depth understanding of various conditions that affect a client’s skin, hair, and nails
- Keen attention to detail
