Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizza kitchen. This role requires creativity, precision, and a passion for crafting high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. You will oversee all aspects of pizza preparation, from dough making to final presentation, while ensuring consistency, speed, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all pizza-making operations, including dough preparation, sauce-making, topping assembly, and baking.
• Create and refine pizza recipes, including seasonal and specialty options.
• Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation standards across all orders.
• Supervise and train pizza chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage kitchen workflow for efficiency during peak hours.
• Collaborate with management on menu updates, pricing, and customer feedback.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Head Pizza Chef in a busy restaurant or pizzeria.
• Deep understanding of dough fermentation, baking temperatures, and pizza oven operations (wood-fired, stone, or electric).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene protocols.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
