Training & Document Control Assistant

Our Non Regulated Engineering Services team is currently seeking a high energy, organized individual with strong communication and technical skills. As the Training & Document Control Assistant, you will identify, coordinate and facilitate booking the training for the team and manage this in the Learning Management Tool and Coursepark. You will be responsible for supplying information for the training budget, updating the Learning Management System (LMS), organizing training records, booking training and working with management to ensure training plans, profiles and Coursepark profiles are accurate. You will also update and manage the Sharepoint site, open projects in Sharepoint, update the site with current information and coordinate further development. You will provide the document control support for the Non Regulated Engineering Services team and perform and coordinate the processing and managing of documents and records for large projects. You will file documents in Sharepoint, communicate with the project team, send and receive documents, upload and download documents using an FTP site, populate document exchange logs, send large files externally using Kiteworks and other programs.



Job Requirements:
Successful completion of a relevant post-secondary university degree or diploma, or a combination of education and experience and a specialized course work in Records and Information Management (RIM) practices or equivalent experience. You have experience with Training administration and document control in an engineering environment with direct responsibility for maintaining confidentiality. Experience in Sharepoint, the Learning Management System and document control systems would be considered an asset.
