Automotive Technician Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and effectively. Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues.
Utilize power tools and equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs, ensuring excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of automotive parts as required.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to assemble, and perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
