About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Visual Designer to become a part of our welcoming team in Scoresby – this position is on-site.
In this role, you will report directly to the Digital and Creative Services Manager and play a pivotal role in executing the marketing plan's design objectives. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in digital design.
The key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Design, layout, and format marketing and comms materials across the organisation.
Maintaining the highest standards in graphic design and producing cutting-edge creative content, both print and digital, that accurately represents the branding guidelines of the organisation.
Design and execute a feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects the brand positioning.
Design and production of printed collateral, e.g. product packaging, promotions, outdoor media, direct mail, advertising, direct mail, point of sale, internal collateral, presentations, and other print material.
Design across all digital assets, e.g. website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media, and other digital media.
Management of content assets on websites, including products, and content.
Development and maintenance of print and digital design style guide.
Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat within a PC/Windows environment.
Interest in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Knowledgeable with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Interested in technical products and markets, with a preference for experience in these areas.
Task-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and addressing both internal and external customer needs effectively.
Capable of engaging with individuals at various organisational levels, especially adept at communicating with senior personnel and customers.
Independent worker with the ability to manage personal projects while also thriving in a team environment.
Demonstrates strong business sense paired with a pragmatic and approachable personality.
