Apparel Designer

About Us:

Top Shot is a new sporting brand focused on building high-quality, stylish, and functional gear for athletes across India. We’re just getting started and are looking for passionate, design-focused people to join us as we prepare for our first collection.

Role:

As an Apparel designer, you’ll take full ownership of the design process. This hands-on role involves creating print-ready graphics and designs, shaping the brand’s visual style, and working closely with the founding team to bring our launch collection to life.

Responsibilities:
• Design original graphics, patterns, and prints for performance and lifestyle apparel
• Create moodboards, concept directions, and design presentations
• Prepare tech packs and collaborate with manufacturing partners
• Develop visual assets for digital platforms (website, socials, campaigns)
• Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and functionality of designs

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in apparel or graphic design (we encourage students to apply)
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience designing for clothing or merchandise (preferably sportswear or streetwear)
• Good understanding of trends, aesthetics, and youth culture
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines
