Carpenter - location Muskoka

Job Summary
Element R&C, a Muskoka-based contractor with 8 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position in a positive, supportive, and safe work environment. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures. Applicants must live in the Muskoka area.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install wooden structures
- Perform maintenance person tasks as needed
- Work with masonry materials for construction projects
- Engage in heavy lifting as required
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Utilize power tools effectively
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and finishing touches
- Work on siding projects

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in various carpentry skills from framing to finishing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with a variety of power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
