T-shirt Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create original and visually appealing t-shirt designs based on brand themes and current fashion trends.
- Prepare and set up designs for printing, ensuring proper file formats, color accuracy, and print compatibility.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop seasonal collections and promotional merchandise.
- Research and analyze industry trends to create designs that appeal to our target audience.
- Work with various printing techniques such as screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment), embroidery, and sublimation.
- Modify and refine designs based on team feedback and market response.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW (experience with Procreate is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in designing for apparel, merchandise, or fashion branding.
- Knowledge of print production techniques and file preparation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing t-shirt designs and typography work is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
