Lead Carpenter / Renovator

Position Summary:
As a Lead Renovation Technician, you’ll work as part of a two-person crew, leading and executing renovation and remodeling projects. Common project types include carpentry, bathroom and kitchen renovations, drywall repairs, and tiling. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of a renovation and continuously offers opportunities to learn multiple trades and build on your foundational skillset.

Responsibilities:

Execute and oversee residential renovation and remodeling projects
Supervise and train apprentices or junior crew members
Meet project timelines and communicate effectively with the Project Manager
Maintain professional interactions with clients and team members
Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on job sites
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in residential renovations or remodeling
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Clean driver’s abstract and valid BC driver’s license
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Journeyman ticket is an asset, but not required
