We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced sales professional to join our vibrant, mission-driven business. This is more than just a sales role — it’s about connecting with people at vulnerable moments and guiding them toward the help they need.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of proven telesales or outbound sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .

A results-focused mindset and professional approach

Strong communication and customer service skills .

Excellent admin & CRM ability to support ongoing follow-up

A genuine, empathetic tone – we deal with people going through tough times

Commitment to agreed working hours – we need team members we can rely on

The Role:

· Fully remote – work from home

· Inbound and outbound sales calls with warm leads provided

· Follow-ups with prospects and clients via email/phone

· Diary availability: Monday–Friday +am–7pm, Saturday 10am–3pm (rota-based)

· Hours shared across the team — flexibility is great, but commitment is key
