We are seeking a qualified and experienced nursing professional (GNM/BSc Nursing) for our growing home healthcare division in Dehradun.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ GNM or BSc Nursing qualification

✅ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Home healthcare experience preferred)

✅ Empathetic, reliable, and professional with excellent patient care skills

✅ Ability to manage visits and support patients in home settings

✅ Experience in supervising junior nursing staff, conducting initial assessments, and maintaining patient documentation

Role Summary:

You’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes, while also managing patient records and ensuring nursing protocolsare followed.

- HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting qualified nurses and caregivers by building strong institutional partnerships and managing the entire recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

-Source and recruit caregivers and nurses from nursing institutes, job portals, and referrals

-Build relationships with training centers, colleges, and universities for direct hiring

-Conduct interviews, background checks, and document verifications

-Handle end-to-end recruitment, including screening, salary negotiation, and onboarding

-Ensure all hiring processes comply with healthcare regulations and credentialing norms

Eligibility:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or related field

Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in healthcare or staffing recruitment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in hospital or agency-based nurse recruitment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms

Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
