To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Traffic Control Executive (Telugu Linguist) Delhi – Contractual basis.
The position is based in Delhi.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
• Communicate with Drivers and Hosts, via Calls and messages for smooth operations.
• Track and manage operational issues using Salesforce tickets.
• Handle crisis situations promptly to minimize impact.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Global teams for issue resolution.
• Collaborate via MS Teams and chat for seamless communication.
• Maintain discipline, flexibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory); additional South Indian languages preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Excel. Salesforce experience preferred.
• You are flexible and prepared to work in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.
