Casa di Stefano is on fire (in a good way!), and we need skilled servers to match our fast pace and deliver unforgettable dining experiences. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and professional individuals to help anchor our front of house.

Casa di Stefano, recently named as one of Halifax’s 7 restaurants to get you excited in 2026 by The Coast, opened a couple weeks ago in Lower Sackville. If you’re a Foodie like us, especially keen on Italian cuisine, Neapolitan pizza, Sourdough baking and wood-fired cooking - and want to be part of a welcoming, tight-knit crew, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Relevant Experience – At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a commercial fast-pace.

✔ Thrives Under Pressure - Great with people and thrive under pressure

✔ Confident operating POS systems and table service –be tidy, organized and accurate.

✔ Availability – Ready to start immediately, work 4-6 shifts per week (noon/night shifts, incl weekends).

✔ Work Ethic & Attitude – Bring positivity, dedication, and a team spirit!

✔ Flexibility – You must be able to reliably commute to our Sackville location (car and license preferred).

✔ Long-Term Mindset – Grow with us! We want people excited about evolving within the business over time.

✔ People Person – Be patient, friendly, and customer-oriented. We’re all about creating a positive dining experience!

✔ Food Passionate – especially one obsessed with pizza, baking, and Italian cuisine, you’ll fit right in!

✔ Clean & Safe – A strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization is a must.

✔ Age – Must be at least 1+ years old (we’ll be serving alcohol to complement our cuisine).

What You'll Do:

· Greet and guide guests through their dining experience

· Upsell, memorize the menu and make recommendations with confidence

· Coordinate with kitchen and pizza station to deliver seamless service

· Contribute and support other team members, especially during busy shifts.

· Help build a warm, neighborhood vibe our guests love.

· Maintain a clean and organized front of the house.
