## Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets

## Skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred (Multilingual)
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations and car sales processes
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
