Warehouse Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. Duties

Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required to load and unload goods.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and cranes safely and efficiently.
Engage in order picking processes to fulfill customer orders accurately.
Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery.
Fabricate or assemble products as needed within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse.
Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and cranes is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed by the company.
