Labourer (Heavy Construction)

L. Chabot Enterprises Ltd. is an established Winnipeg Heavy Construction company specializing in sand and gravel supply and delivery; roadway construction and earthworks projects. We are able to offer year-round employment opportunities for qualified personnel.

Project Location: Quarry sites in East Selkirk and Hillside Beach areas

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Reliable transportation and valid class 5 driver’s license required; no bus route access

· Applicants must have: steel-toe CSA safety footwear

· Physically capable without restrictions to complete repetitive tasks

· Physically capable without restrictions to lift 50 lbs

· Able to work 10 hours or more per shift

· Able to work outdoors 10 hours or more

· Mentally alert and professional

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Raking

2. Shovelling

3. Using hand tools

4. Greasing and minor maintenance of equipment
