Summer Student - General labourer

RPC has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Summer Student. The successful individual will be working in our building maintenance department. Duties will include but are not limited to: lawn mowing, grounds maintenance, painting, cleaning, moving furniture and other large items, and assisting maintenance personnel in various tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have (be):

a current post-secondary student;
a high school diploma;
a positive, flexible attitude;
a tolerance for physical lifting;
aptitude for working effectively in a fast-paced environment;
experience with ride on lawnmowers, push mowers, etc.
This posting is for a 4 month term, May thru August, in our Fredericton location. The normal working hours are from 8:15am to 4:30pm but requires flexibility of these hours, and the ability to work occasional overtime. This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
