Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving, ensuring that all products are handled with care and precision. A strong emphasis on communication and organizational skills is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory levels, order statuses, and any issues that may arise.
Assist in receiving shipments, checking for accuracy, and storing products in designated areas.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move products as needed.
Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and assist with restocking as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with order fulfillment when required.
Support retail sales efforts by preparing merchandise for display or shipment.
Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
Experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred; certification may be required.
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication within diverse teams and customer bases.
A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse space.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
