We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team!
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient scheduling of our service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to customers
Schedule and dispatch service technicians using digital dispatching systems
Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers
Maintain organized and up-to-date scheduling records
Prioritize service requests to maximize efficiency and response times
Support customers with general inquiries, service updates, and parts availability
Requirements:

Strong computer skills (we use digital platforms for scheduling and dispatching)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Mechanical knowledge, especially plumbing or HVAC experience, is an asset (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
Any experience with parts management, inventory, or counter service is a strong asset
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering a great customer experience

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
