Carpenters helper and skilled laborer

Are you passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your carpentry skills? We are a custom home building and renovation company seeking a dedicated Carpenter's Helper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in a wide range of carpentry tasks, from concrete forming to interior finishing.
Support framing, window installation, building envelope assembly, and siding work.
Operate basic carpentry tools effectively and safely.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:

Familiarity with the basic use of carpentry tools.
A keen interest in learning and improving carpentry techniques.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and follow instructions.
Prior experience is an asset but not mandatory—willingness to learn is key!
