Fiberglass Laminator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass components, ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires proficiency the use of in using hand and power tools, as well as a solid basic understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations. The Fiberglass Laminator will work closely with other team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass materials.
Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to fabricate components accurately.
Application of fiberglass materials on molds
Apply wax / mold releases on molds
Trim / Sand products and apply gelcoat
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications

Proven Experience in fiberglass laminating or a related field is preferred.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1+.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
