Welders – needed for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum tank fabrication.

Jasper Tank custom manufactures truck and trailer-mount tanks as well as our new line of Van bodies. We are a leader in tank manufacturing in North America, building a reputation for quality for over 60 years.

We are looking for several experienced welders with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum experience for our Acheson, Alberta location. This is a permanent, full time position with no out of town travel required.

Position Requirements

Post-secondary training from a recognized technical program
Must have reliable transportation to and from work, Public Transit is not available
Journeymen and apprentices
Responsibilities

New fabrication of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum truck tanks
Custom fabrication and fitting
Following required safety protocols
Skills and Abilities

MIG welding experience is required, TIG welding is a bonus
Able to lift 13.5 kg (30 lbs.)
Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
