Paint Shop Supervisor

Job Description:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the paint shop operations, including surface preparation,

painting, and finishing processes.
- Ensure proper functioning of paint shop equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and

conveyors.
- Monitor production schedules and allocate resources to meet deadlines and quality

standards.
- Implement and maintain safety standards in the paint shop to ensure a hazard-free

working environment.
- Conduct quality checks on painted components to ensure adherence to industry

standards and customer specifications.

- Maintain inventory levels for paints, solvents, and other materials required for

operations.
- Provide training and guidance to paint shop workers to enhance skills and

productivity.
• Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing or working in a paint shop environment, preferably in

manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work in day and night shifts.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
