Store Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or purchases.
Process transactions accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
Utilize phone etiquette to address customer calls and provide information regarding products and services.
Engage in sales activities, including upselling and promoting technology products to enhance customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively assist customers.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; willingness to learn about new products is essential.
Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Experience in technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Multilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
