About the Job

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead and execute high-impact events and engagement initiatives across both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and seamless collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Event Planning & Execution: End-to-end management of internal and external events – including partner meets, offsites, webinars, and corporate gatherings.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align event objectives and ensure smooth execution.
• Budget Management: Handle event budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, logistics, and venue/hotel bookings.
• Process Management: Maintain clear timelines, ensure execution quality, and drive consistent communication throughout event planning and delivery.

Who We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong skills in project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Prior experience in vendor coordination, logistics, and budget ownership.
• Ability to multitask, work in high-energy environments, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Compensation: Based on experience and current CTC
