Intenship--(8-15 K Per Month ) ( Minimum Internship Duration 6 Months where 1- 3 months is evaluation)

Requirements and Skills:
• Experience in marketing design for BTL and social media.
• Content writing skills.
• Proficiency with wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with design apps and web apps (Figma is a must).

Work Summary:

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our B2B and B2C users. The role involves gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. A successful candidate will have experience with design software and wireframe tools, and a portfolio of professional design projects, including web/mobile applications.Ultimately, you will create functional and appealing features that address our customers’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Provide support to the Marketing Team.
• Assist with developing and designing graphics, icons, and various other creative tasks as assigned.
• Retouch and manipulate images.
• Receive feedback from the Designer and make necessary changes.
• Have image editing capabilities using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and similar tools.
• Good product knowledge and internet research skills to source information.
• Good communication skills to resolve customers’ catalog-related issues remotely.
• Create new product data for various e-commerce categories.
• Understand product categorization and draft rich product descriptions.
• Openness to feedback, willingness to take initiative, and additional responsibilities.
• Ability to switch priorities and move quickly among different tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
