We are expanding our HR team in Skagen Blade Technology with a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator

You will work closely with the Global HR team, project managers, and field crews to ensure that the right people are in place and ready to work effectively in accordance with applicable rules and training specifications. We offer an exciting new established job in one of the wind industry’s largest and most experienced companies within surface treatment and blade repair. The ideal candidate will have a blend of HR knowledge, process management skills, and a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.


Your main tasks and key responsibilities will be:
Human Resource Management:

Assist in recruiting and onboarding for wind turbine blade repair projects.
Maintain and update employee records, updating the database and personal data in internal HR tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Handle employee inquiries and ensure positive workplace relations.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure proper staffing levels for projects.

Training, Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all personnel are trained and compliant with safety protocols and certifications specific to wind turbine blade repair and maintenance.
booking training courses according to market requirements, updating the certificate database, cooperation with training providers and control of training processes for individuals
Support the implementation of company safety policies in the field. Ensuring the security of data and information exchange.

Operational Support:

Ensuring that technicians are prepared for work in accordance with project guidelines, preparation of training documentation for project managers.
Work permits and visa activities in accordance with country specifications.
Assist in resolving any operational or human resource issues that may arise on the job site.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the renewable energy or industrial sectors.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as needed.
Knowledge of wind turbine industry standards and safety practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a remote and field-based environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
