Job Description

We are looking for a Legal and Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing contractual agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers.
• Ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related field.
