Senior High Humanities Teacher

2026-26 School Year



St. Thomas More is recruiting for a Secondary Teacher for the 2026-2026 School Year.

Course assignment includes courses in Senior high (Grades 10-12) and potentially other assigned courses appropriate to the candidate's skill set within the school environment.

The successful candidate will have training, knowledge and experience in secondary science and an understanding of assessment for learning. The successful candidate must be eligible to teach in the Province of Alberta. Knowledge and understanding of Inclusive Education, Indigenous Education, and educational technology proficiency would be considered assets. The successful candidate will be required to support students with individualized program plans, enrichment, modifications and/or accommodations for their learning. The successful candidate must be willing to live in a rural Catholic community environment, be a team player, and be willing to collaborate, communicate, and work with colleagues. Preference will be given to candidates of the Catholic faith.
