Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate tasks, routes, and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, teams, and customers effectively.
Track and update the status of shipments or personnel.
Resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service for inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:

Experience in dispatch or logistics preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in dispatch software.
Knowledge of US logistics processes.
Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
