Job Responsibilities:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training etc.)

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, bonus, leave etc.)

· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

· Initial Screening of Candidates and Coordinate communication with them and schedule interviews and maintaining Candidates data.

· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

· Coordination with recruiters via mail & call to source candidates and update database.

Requirements:

At Least 3 years of experience in HR domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
