Manager | Accounting MIS

We are hiring urgently Manager – Accounting & MIS to head the Finance team. Should have minimum 10+ years of job aexperience in senior role. Preferably someone from Chennai will be a good fit. Interested relevant candidates may call directly +7423+5663 for sharing details. Job Responsibilities & Candidate Requirements: ICWA(CMA) Inter /CA Inter /M.Com with 10+ years of relevant experience. Managing all accounting operations GL, A/R, A/P accounting, Payroll Accounting, Accounting of receipts in foreign currency Very well-versed in Tally Mandatory working experience in Indian Accounting standards Ensuring statutory compliance of direct and indirect taxes Co-ordination with External Auditors for completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits. Preparation of the Audit Report and Management Reports. Coordinating with Company Secretary for necessary board resolutions for the year and annual returns with ROC. Preparation of Annual Budgets & Monthly Forecasts. Preparation & Presentation of Monthly MIS which includes Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, Variance analysis, other operating metrics/dashboards on business performance (Customer wise Margins, Inventory, other operating ratios etc..) Monitoring cash position and managing disbursements. Preparation of documents for import and other commission payments. Liaising with Banks for Annual working capital limits & Treasury activities incl. complying with RBI regulation for foreign disbursements & inward remittances. Driving automation of tasks, creating internal policies, SOPs & improving efficiencies for reducing the costs Team player (will be leading 2–3-member team). Excellent data analysis, written & oral articulation skills.
