Job description
We are hiring a Warehouse Manager for a reputed client based in Goa.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and operational standards. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to meet organizational goals.
• Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery times.
• Manage budgets and control costs related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
