Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TeleCaller located in Vijayawada.

The TeleCaller will be responsible for:
• Making outbound calls to potential clients
• Answering incoming calls professionally
• Providing information about products and services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Following up on leads and customer inquiries
• Resolving customer queries promptly
• Contributing to team efforts to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Ability to handle rejection and manage stress while soliciting customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
