Experience -Min 5+ Years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in the plastic molding industry

Salary- Upto 6 LPA

Location - Chakan , Pune

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems in a plastic molding manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of injection molding machinery, electrical panels, drives, PLCs, and industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in plastic injection molding machines (e.g., Haitian, Toshiba, Engel, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., chillers, dryers, robots).
Inspect and maintain PLC systems, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and servo motors.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards (local and international).
Maintain and update electrical schematics, documentation, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to minimize downtime.
Suggest and implement improvements in electrical systems for efficiency and energy savings.
Supervise junior technicians and contractors for maintenance tasks.
Participate in audits and support ISO/5S/TPM initiatives.
