Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
2. Provide pre- and post-operation care, including preparation and recovery assistance.
3. Administer medication, intravenous infusions, and other treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
4. Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation levels.
5. Collect and process patient samples for laboratory testing.
6. Write accurate and detailed patient records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
7. Supervise and guide junior nursing staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
8. Organize workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
