Classification: HS2

Hourly rate: $33.78+4 plus 11.5 % Superannuation

Permanent Part Time: 64 hours per fortnight

About the Role

The Primary and Preventative Health (PPH) division is seeking a suitably experienced individual for the role of Executive Assistant to the Director of Primary Preventative Health.

An exciting and rare opportunity is available for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our organisation. Reporting directly to the Director of Primary and Preventive Health, this dedicated and driven individual will provide administrative support and secretarial functions.

Exercising your skill set and past experience, you will be required to provide executive support through a range of administrative tasks relating to the governance, risk management, policy development and review, business plans, submissions and special projects. Other tasks will include management of the Director’s calendar, agendas, minutes and meeting papers and correspondence will also be required.

Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience providing support at a senior administrative level including advanced computer skills are required.

Preferred Interview Date: Week commencing Tuesday 20 May 2026


The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements.
