Job Description
• Clean and set tables, arranging seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.
• Welcome customers, seat them, serve water or refill their glasses, and deliver beverages from the bartender.
• Maintain clean menus and present them to customers.
• Restock wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assist with all aspects of service.
• Clear tables and prepare them for the next customers.
• Assist with cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, wash them, and put them away.
• Help with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
• Transport used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.
• Assist with unloading and storing stock.
