Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and delivering outstanding customer service? The Mount Gambier Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team for 15 to 30+ hours per week!

What We’re Looking For:
Age 18+ (required for service of alcohol).
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Availability during evenings and weekends to cater to our bustling peak hours.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferable – but a great attitude and willingness to learn can also go a long way!
Experience in a bar and as a barista is advantageous.
Your Role:
Providing exceptional customer service across the bars, bistro, and functions, making every guest feel welcome!
Taking orders, serving food and making drinks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Working efficiently in a team environment to keep up with the dynamic pace of the venue.
Maintaining cleanliness, following directions, taking initiative, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Casual hourly rates start at $31.23 per hour.
