Job Description
Full-time, Permanent Trailer Assembly Member working predominantly in the Trailer Completion department (may also work in other areas as and when needed)

Who you are:
You work well within a team and have a strong mechanical aptitude, desire to learn, good problem solving and communication skills. You have or are willing to learn, the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform basic electrical wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic plumbing using schematics and bills of materials.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Efficiently and accurately perform the assembly of air-brake and other pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment and various trailer components.
Perform pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Contribute with a positive attitude and effectively communicate with all team members as well as customers.
Maintain an organized and neat work environment
Ability to generate and discuss process improvement ideas and contribute toward finding solutions to challenges that arise.
Qualifications:
Licensed Heavy Duty or Trailer Mechanic is an asset (but not required)
Valid Forklift ticket (but not required)
High level of attention to detail
Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter who can work independently
Able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner

$18.00 - $32.00 Compensation varies depending on experience
