Poultry Farm Support Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining farm records, and assisting in daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact in the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels for feed, medication, cleaning supplies, and other farm essentials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bird count, mortality, feed consumption, egg production, and other critical data.
• Assist in scheduling and planning farm activities such as bird vaccination, cleaning, or maintenance tasks.
• Provide back-office support for day-to-day farm operations by managing petty cash and farm supplies and assisting with payroll or administrative tasks.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the agriculture or farming sector. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and basic accounting software knowledge of farm management software is a plus.
