Chef Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef and team to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
• Providing training and support to junior kitchen staff to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements and Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, including menu planning, recipe development, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
