BPO Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented BPO Executives to support a high-profile election campaign. The ideal candidates will assist in outbound/inbound calling, data verification, voter outreach, and general campaign support activities. This is a fast-paced role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for civic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to voters for surveys, candidate promotions, or event invitations.
• Accurately record responses and update voter information in the campaign database.
• Provide information about the candidate’s policies and campaign events.
• Handle inbound calls to resolve queries related to polling, voter registration, or campaign details.
• Follow communication scripts and campaign guidelines.
• Work with team leads to meet daily call and engagement targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of voter and campaign data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience in BPO/tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in [mention local/regional languages as applicable].
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry tools).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during campaign peaks.
• High level of integrity and responsibility.

Preferred Attributes:
• Knowledge of political or electoral processes.
• Experience with CRM or dialer software.
• Ability to handle high-pressure and goal-oriented environments.

Preference will be given to bhojpuri language.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per year
