Early Childhood Educator (ECE) – In-Home Family Childcare

Wise Beans Childcare Ltd. is a warm, in-home family childcare centre caring for 8 children ranging from newborn to 3 years old. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our nurturing environment and provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for our little ones.

$2+.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $2+.00/hour (includes ECE Wage Enhancement)
Requirements:

Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
Clear Criminal Record Check
Up-to-date immunizations
CPR/First Aid (preferred)
Responsibilities:

Implement developmentally appropriate activities
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families
Maintain a clean and organized learning environment
Follow licensing regulations and Wise Beans Childcare’s policies and values
Work on the floor with children throughout the day, including feeding, diaper changing, and putting them down for nap time
