Elementary & Middle Years Music Teacher

St. Aidan’s Christian School is inviting applications for a Part-Time

Elementary/Middle Years Music teaching position at our Hargrave campus, beginning September 2026.

Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge and practice of the Christian faith
Teaching philosophy in keeping with Christian Education
Required Education: ARCT or BMus and/or minimum 2 years music teaching experience, Elementary choral and general music preferred.
Commitment to excellence in facilitating programing that ensures student’s deeper learning through:
Knowledge and application of Manitoba Education curriculum
Design of instructional and assessment practices that engage student learning
Programming for students who are English as an Additional Language learners
Knowledge, understanding and application of inclusive pedagogy
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills
Excellent classroom management skills
Professional integrity, adaptability, creativity and enthusiasm for students and learning
Recent Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
