We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive GTM and non-technical hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment for 10-12 positions per quarter while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes. Requirements:
• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
